For a while now, I have had issues accessing the German free software code host, Codeberg.
I thought it was an issue on their side, but did not get much info.
However, a few days ago, I found out that rsync.net, a backup provider which also uses init7 for peering, has the same issue.
What was common between both is that it sometimes works normally, and most of the time just doesn't connect.
Whats even weirder is that the packet loss is negligible as well, according to the mtr command.
The highest it goes is 3-4 % for the most part if i leave it running for a while.
This does not happen on Airtel LTE though.
Is this reproducible by other Airtel Xstream users or is it just me? Also who do I contact for a possible remedy.

Half the time the connections hang for me:
Code:
[0] [11:43:02] [arya@void|~] [#1] $ ssh rsync
ssh: connect to host [URL='http://zh3117.rsync.net']zh3117.rsync.net[/URL] port 22: Network is unreachable
