Airtel Service disconnection message fake or real?

Today I got the above message for my Airtel broadband from ARWINF (sms header. Is this fake or real I gave my aadhar number as proof for connection what documents they needed. Also in the message they put my service request number as my mobile number (first blue cover). Also I can't understand the message that whether my mobile or broadband actually getting disconnected or both?
 
They are not asking to send docs or contact at some fake number so looks real.

But the whole text looks shady and doesn't make any sense.

You should check with their support directly.
 
Uptill now in last 2 years I must have received 3 -4 phone calls stating that KYC is due for my Airtel mobile and if I don't do it now the service will be getting disconnected within a day. I told them to disconnect my services and did nothing thereafter and it has never happened that way. My services are on so far.
I suspect scam msg here. call 121
 
Mystery solved contacted via their twitter support and after 10 mins I got a message from Airtel that it happened due to a technical issue asked me to ignore the message. Thanks guys for the support
