airtel speed not increased same as before 20 june 2011

what i have to give for 512kbps(unlimited) as less money as a can give.i am ok 8GB@599(512kbps unlimited).
for delhi you can read newspapers of 20 june 2011.

Send them an email with request for disconnection. Their retention department will call you in 1 day. Then tell the retention guys that you are going for MTNL because it is cheaper. They will offer you 512kbps unlimited without FUP for Rs 599 plus service tax. Don't agree for that plan. Then they will immediately offer retention plan 512 kbps without FUP for Rs 449 per plus service tax. Total bill per month is Rs 495 including service tax. This is the plan that I have and it is good enough for me at home.

Bottomline is that give them dhamki of disconnection and they fall in line.

Man ! I pay around 800 including taxes for a stupid 512 kbps upto 10 GB, 256 beyond that. But when I surf/download through chrome I get full 512 kbps even after being FUPed. This is really quite strange, whereas if I use firefox stupid 256 again !

i am getting 1mbps speed from 1-1/2 days at 19th day of the month.
