Airtel Static IP not configured when use in Bridge Mode

I am having Airtel Fibre Xstream connection and provided Nokia Modem. Recently, I requested for Static IP and now after converting to postpaid they have configured static IP to my modem.
Later on, I have requested them to enable Bridge mode. They have told that Bridge mode is enabled on LAN4. So, We have changed the settings from Router mode to Bridge mode for Port LAN4.
Now, my internet is working on Port LAN4 but my static Ip is not showing when I use it on Bridge mode.
However, when we use it on LAN1 or 2 or 3 or Wifi - My static ip is showing correctly.
Only when I works on Bridge mode my ip is changing every time.
We have also been told that when we use bridge mode, Wi-Fi setting is required to be disable. We can not use Wifi and Bridge mode simultaneously.
Now,
1] How my static IP to be configured when I use bridge mode on Port LAN4?

2] Is it true that Wi-Fi needs to be disable on Modem when we want to use Bridge mode?

When using Airtel XStream in bridge mode, configuring a static IP involves a few steps. Here’s what you need to do:

Static IP Configuration:

If you have a static IP from your ISP, configure your router (the one connected to the bridged LAN port on the Airtel box) with the static IP, gateway, and DNS provided by Airtel.
If you don’t have a static IP, configure your router with the PPPoE settings.

DHCP and Bridge Mode:

Disable DHCP on the router connected to the bridged LAN port (Router A). This prevents any conflicts.
If you plan to use the web UI of the access point (Router B), assign a static IP address to Router B or set it up as a DHCP client.

DMZ and Other Settings:

Enable DMZ after adding a static entry for your other router.
Ensure that DNS, firewall, and UPnP settings are correctly configured.
