Airtel surprises not provisioned on my broadband

I upgraded my plan y'day

it is reactivated connection. I got it terminated few months back. Now I have switched back to it but now i am not getting any bonus GBs

Just talk to the cc and tell them that your connection is old and it wasnterminated only for a few months. I am sure they will give you atleast 20 gb extra.

I didnt get either but they gave me 50GB more for Rs 150 extra.
