Airtel unlimeted 128 or 256 kbps, which one should i take?

I guess he means if he pays Rs.700+ 200 - 300 more he'll get Double speeds! In the sense that for 700 bux he gets 128kbps UL n if he pays 200 - 300 more heez gonna get 256kbps UL exhilarating speeds!! (I might be wrong)

Well Night double plans may be there in north Side.For Bangalore, there is no night double up I download for 4 hours in night.. It never crosses 34 Kbps.
