It won't be processed by mere request....drop a termination mail and you would receive a call back...then state the reason, your request would be processed in a jiffy. Worked for me.

Cancellation email always works wonders with Airtel. A mail to their Appellate Authority is also equally effective.

Getting d/l speeds of 5mbps

@wecaz, no its not a typo. My dl speed is 5megabytes per second. My upload speed is about 1megabyte per second.

So, just to make it simple
Download speed = 5 MBps = 40 mbps
Upload speed = 1 MBps = 8 mbps

I must say you have got good upload limit on V-Fiber, Amit.

Download speed post FUP: 512 kbps
Upload speed post FUP: 64 kbps

I am on vfiber. Got to taste post Fup speed. 600kbps up and down.
Good thing is ping won't drop on vdsl so no lag while surfing sites.
Bad thing is streaming on TV is shit.
Rest on mobile & tablet everything works fine. None of family member noticed/complained anything as all of them mostly use youtube on mobile/tablet which works on with decent pic quality.
