Airtel voip settings on lan port instead of rj11

Can ISP configure voip on one of the lan ports instead of rj11. I have asked on net@airtel.com.
Has anyone tried it before, guidance would be appreciated on how to configure the same.

Simply enable Internet, along with NAT, in the Voice WAN profile and create a static route. You should be good!
