Airtel Xstream box replacement

I have Airtel Xstream box Android 10 (Silver box one)


This box is not at all great, it lags most of the time, randomly restarts multiple times, volume starts at max volume even though I have set default volume to 1. (Tried software upgrading too)

I am under airtel black plan, so will airtel replace this stream box?

I have heard they replace routers but unsure if they replace stream box too? If yeah then How to request the same?

I have same doubt...Did you contact airtel cc and ask the same thing?

Unlike jio stb airtel and tata stb comes with only 1 year replacement warranty.
