I had this issue as well but it was when I relocated the ont to a different place in my house. There are chances that even though bridge mode is enabled from THEIR end its not enabled on YOUR ONT itself. Try connecting an ethernet cable to one of the other lan ports (say LAN1) and see if you can access the router page. Then, assuming you can, manually change LAN4 to Bridge instead of normal mode.
@pankaj98 a technician did came and asked whether the connection type need to changed to ppp or the bridge mode to Ip_bridged (according to him the connection type should be ppp), i was not sure so asked him to come tomorrow, any suggestions?
@test_acc even this should work for your pppoe connection, just change the service to 'Internet'
Also, once the technician makes those changes, verify via AX5400 or connecting an ethernet cable from lan4 to PC and dialing your PPPoE
Did you try the inspect element or the extension inorder to make those changes yourself?
