Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband in Patna/Bihar

This would be a dedicated thread for the experiences regarding the newly launched Airtel Xstream Fiber in Patna (LCO City), Bihar. Anyone using the same in Patna, please share your experiences like downtime ,speeds , service , pings, etc. It would be really appreciable.

My Plan Details:-
Got new connection on 25thSept2020 in Kankarbagh.
799/- 3 months plan (2828+1000).
Don't know why, but pings are ridiculously high here.

do a speedtest with ookla app, select airtel servers in a few indian cities and see pings. I want to know that, please share. Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata. Select Airtel servers in all these cities and see pings. Thanks

Finally.... Some decent connectivity . Hope it reaches other areas and other cities in Bihar too and that ping issue be temporary.

Thanks for the results. Yes these pings do look bad, just hope that these are temporary. I’m also thinking of getting airtel fiber. Airtel is known to have one of the best pings, I think it’s just temporary issue. Yes, I've already complained to cc. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. But without any resolution , they closed my request .

24 hours is too short for this, but just hope they'll resolve it eventually. Maybe a few weeks or so
