Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband in Patna/Bihar

@mordfustang
I had closed one of my connections.
Let's say you have some validity available in your account. Its cost would be calculated on a pro-rata basis and refunded to you via a Cheque which will be delivered to your home address in a month or so.
The date of disconnection is considered the day when you raise the SR with the Airtel team for the disconnection. Just make sure an SR (service request) is generated for this.

After this, you are good to go. Even if your connection works after that, do not worry. You won't have to pay a single penny.

P.S: Most of the time, they won't even come to take out the ONT or remove the cables.

Alright so I've packed my luggage. So listen @nishantt6969 firstly we'll go to Pune where we'll meet @Chip & be his guest for 6 months were you'll pay for Airtel's 1 Gig plan. Then we'll say bye to him after 6 months then we'll go to Mumbai where we'll meet our one and only @Lolita_Magnum & try to absorb as much as possible from him. Then we'll head towards other forum members. How's my plan? Guys if you wanna invite us just simply let us know your city & providers available in your area. We'll be there soon 😁

Guys, do you have any update related to airtel broadband connection being made live in Patna City area? Have been following both Jio and airtel for broadband connection but neither has made their service live in my area. Any senior person contact number would also be very helpful.
