Airtel Xstream Fiber High Latency and Slow Speed Between 9pm to 11/11:30pm

I've been experiencing significant issues with my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection between 9 pm to 11/11:30 pm for the past three months. During these hours, I encounter high latency and slow speeds, making it frustrating to use the internet effectively.

I've contacted Airtel's customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but unfortunately, no satisfactory solution has been provided yet. The technicians I've spoken to mentioned that it's a problem from the backend or network congestion, but despite their assurances, the problem persists.

I've also checked my setup thoroughly to ensure there are no issues from my end. Everything seems to be in order, indicating that the problem lies with Airtel's infrastructure or network management during these peak hours.

I've used speed testing tools to monitor my connection performance, and the results consistently show slower speeds and higher latency during the specified hours, further confirming the issue.

It's been frustrating to deal with this problem for such a long time without any resolution. I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone else is experiencing similar issues with Airtel Xstream Fiber during these hours and if there are any alternative solutions or escalation paths that I can explore to get this problem resolved once and for all.

I am on 300Mbps plan and getting 260-270Mbps right now on Ookla and 360ish on speedsmart.net
