Airtel XStream Fibre Availability in Bangalore - Area name and maximum speed offered

Verified Airtel Xstream Fibre availability in 3 different areas in Bangalore (independent houses), and everywhere the response has been that maximum speed is 40mbps. Which are the areas in Bangalore where Airtel is really providing speeds of 100mbps and above ?

Sarjapur Road /Bellandur (Serenity Layout) has speeds of upto 1Gbps . A friend went for a 150 Mbps connection in Bellandhur

Correction :- 100 Mbps

In Banaswadi / Kasturi Nagar area, prior to the lockdown there was only VDSL with max speeds of 40 mbps. Not sure of the state now.
