Airtel Xstream Prepaid LCO Cities Recharge and Billing Query

I have had Airtel Fiber for 5 months now. The first 3 months, were prepaid and after that I recharge monthly. However, the only way to recharge seems via Airtel Thanks App. On Amazon, it is unable to fetch any bill for my number, while recharges on Paytm fail. Are all of you guys from LCO Cities recharging via the Airtel Thanks app only? Also, how can I change plans in between of my recharge cycle, as on the Airtel thanks app, changing plans seems to be possible only by recharging for a specific denomination.

Also, I do not get any bill on my email anymore, the first 3 months for which I had pre-paid when I got the connection, I used to get bills on my email, however after that, I'm not getting any bills anymore.

yes. Amazon others support postpaid bill payments. Ours prepaid , we need to recharge by airtel app

1. You can use Paytm to recharge Airtel fiber, I have used paytm to recharge an amount below monthly plan too so it works.
2. No need to recharge for changing plan, you can change your plan anytime. Only Validity is adjusted after changed plan.

Edit: just tried to change my plan and you are right it asks for a payment now. I remember it didn't ask for recharge when I changed my plan in June this year.....

@dvn880 just tried a Rs 10 recharge on Paytm but it failed.

That's strange I did a 10 rupee recharge this month too it went through without any issue.
