Hi i have opted for a 512 plan by airtel costing 1499, i am living in noida ,does anybody have the same plan ..can u give me the feed back ... i was a user of 999 unlimited plan the speeds used to go 30 kbps and 50 + kbps in the nights,wanted to know if the speeds double in the night with his plan ..if yes then the modem setting have a downstream of maximum 576 kbps ...how do u change that ..chaoo

No double speeds at night. According to them they had stopped double speeds at night for all plans, though I was still getting double with the 999 plan. But I got greedy and went for the 1499 plan Anyway with torrents I get about an average of 65 KB/s. You don't need to change anything. They will.

I upgraded to 512kbps (1499) UL from Home 999+ as well. I am quite happy with it. I get between 65-70 KBps all day. is fine for now i guess... until 2mbps UL (or fair use) becomes a reality.
