Airtel's MITM on CloudFlare

The reason why T P B does not load over SSL is that they are not using SSL between their servers and CloudFlare's which is where Airtel is doing the MITM attack as per this article. At least that's what I got from it.

I see Airtel error message on T P B even though I am on Reliance Broadband because the message is being served by them when CloudFlare accesses T P B at their Indian data centers.

Has cloudflare tied up with Indian government?

I try to access pirate bay (HTTPS) and it shows blocked by Indian government.

And it does not give certificate error either. And site is hosted on cloudflare.

This is possible only if cloudflare cooperates with Government with active blocking.

So was just wondering.

I had reported this on June 1st!!

That something was really wrong. I knew there was airtel page in between but that time I thought cloudflare was behind all that!
