It is useful u dont have to call CC to add channels i.e Individual channels earlier portal has the option of adding only optional packages now u can add individual channels as well.

They should also provide downgrade and removing of individual ala-carte channels via portal.

Yes, Tata Sky Should introduce of removing the channels as well through web. In this Case SUN has got a better management where we can choose we need the package for one month cycle, Never end cycle or 2 Months Cycles etc. This is helpful as you do not need to call them and say you need to drop the channel once the required content got over.

As some member thumbs up for this newly added feature by TS, there is nothing great they have done. Today i got this al a carte list included in my Portal... It looks once you choose and add the channels, you can not request for more channels later and need to call up the CC. I added 3 Al a carte channels, and when i again go the Add Channels section, it is not coming like first time with the list of channels to choose., instead in says the list of newly added channels...What a crap.. and why should we thumbs up for this particular feature.
