Sorry for posting in this old thread . I am having problems with Vodafone pospaid connections lately. Bills are being generated way too late than they used to from last 2 months .Is anyone experiencing the same thing?
I used to receive my bills by 22nd of every month on my email with 7th(of the next month) being the last due date. Now the due date is still 7th but bills are being mailed around 29th and even if I check by *111# ,the outstanding is shown 0.
set a calendar entry. check the amount online and pay. no point relying on these companies. paid late delivery charge on water bill because the bill never came.
Their Vodafone App used to show date of expiry of data. Not anymore. They used to allow deducting from main balance to activate a 3G plan from website - not anymore.
Save my link too . Actually keep eyes on coupons like a lot of us and pay when there is a good deal going on. I prepay to my Airtel Landline and dad's Vodafone postpaid as the deals are available and save a few bucks in the process.
