am Fed up of MTNL...Disconnecting Now !!!

they haven't responded to my complaint.... so am leaving it up to them .. Fed up of their service ... net has been down for past 2 weeks ... 198 is complete bullshit (complaint removed every next day without fixing them).Gone through their office & taken their fake assurance of fixing it next day. So looking for new ISP.My area is BARC Anushakti.Nagar (Near Mankhurd/Chembur/Govandi). Other service provider is only Cable provider who have a tie up with 24online which charges a lot. :terror:is there ne way out... was thinking of going wireless but it won't provide that much speed is too costly!! :smartass:Help me guyz to choose a better ISP now !!-------------Written this using Airtel 2G connected mobile to PC !!

Is your net disconnected completely or are you getting low speed??
As even I am getting low crappy speed for over a week or so.
Today I called MTNL....and the guy said that tomorrow he is full day working at Prabhadevi MTNL server. He said they are fitting a new equipment or something. So he said the prob is coz of that and maybe after 2 days it will get fixed. "Doobte ko tinke ka sahara"
Lets hope this is the last reasoning they are using and all get fix after that.......even I am fed up of calling them everyday.
