yeah i have been considering getting this. i do not need a perfect anc earbuds. i mean i have never experienced it. anything that would save my ears from loud horns would be good enough. i don't even listen to music when i am on foot.

With earbuds, as long as you have a good seal in your ear, that’s half the work done. Most people don’t spend time finding the best size tip for a closed seal

Got them today, I found them really good. Can't comment on long term reliability or battery life but the ANC and sound quality is very good. The only limitation that I was able to see with sound quality was that low frequencies are a bit too loud compared to others, probably for a "bassy" sound effect. And I wasn't able to connect them to the app on either iOS or Android. There's no option for Air 2 Neo, only Q2 but that doesn't seem to be working for me.
I also have the Sony WF 1000XM3 and the Airpods Pro and these do 90% of what they do at 20% of the cost
