Once I click on it using fire TV stick firebox browser it says downlaod app store 1st and there is no option to install app store as nothing happens when clicked on it.

Lol just spoke with Amazon techie, he is saying es file explorer is disabled on fire stick 4k as it's not working properly ..and also downloader.

Es file explorer allows me to connect to network of windows share, he told me to download turbo champ or something instead, forgot the name already.

Arre I want es only not using it to install other app, it has lan function, which connnecte my desktop, techie said use total commander, let's see if it works tomorrow.

if you just want to stream from your computer, kodi should work fine? i think even vlc can connect to your network and stream from there. @Nishant

Es works fine for me, vlc idk if there is any option from fire stick I did not see one.

I installed total commander, did not get any lan option to connect to HDD shared over PC.

For Kodi also I would probably need es.

both working fine
