Amazon India charging delivery fee on prime labeled items on prime accounts? (Update: Not yet lol)

Many items now show delivery charge on orders below 249.

Idiots are showing no rush delivery charge by default causing this confusion. Very shitty behaviour nonetheless.

Shows 200 for me. And free delivery. Tomorrow.

For me it's showing rush delivery charge. And I can switch to free delivery on final page.

Fucking xenforo uploader doesn't work in Chrome for me.

So that's the rush delivery charge. I get marketplace fee of ₹5. lol

That is on all orders unless you pick payment through Amazon wallet .

Yeah but I rarely use wallet.

I try to pay with wallet for orders under 200-300 rupees.

But yeah I try to not order in the first place. If a product is part of ikea catalogue, I get that. If it is on blinkit, blinkit. Local is third. Amazon is last. It is really annoying to order from Amazon these days. App is horrible. Search is full of sponsored results. Ordering flow is ancient. And in the end you get a used product in a smelly box.

Amazon is for items I can wait a day or two. Like pet food or toys or furniture, electronics which are authorised to be sold there, things which I don't want to roam around to find, etc.

Some things are not even shown at the top. Like the Ikea chair which I bought which got through google search back then.

Haven't got a used product yet but that one time when I got a different product which would have passed the return date because I didn't open it immediately after receiving. It was an amazon basics usb 3 ethernet adapter but someone packed a different usb 2 adapter. But I at least got the replacement no questions asked the next day.

i should mention here that i tagged Amazon on x about this. they created a url for me to get on chat with a representative. the link is temporary. i got on chat with some person who asked me to upload image of what i am seeing. upload was through a link he sent. i tried uploading the images multiple times on that link but it just rejected all the images. and the chat guy just disconnected saying i was not responding. it was less than 2 minutes while i was trying to deal with their shitty uploader for images. this is the state of social media support at amazon these days.
