I am facing this issue frequently in Hyderabad, orders which are out of delivery after 6-8 pm are marked as fake delivered just before 10pm time limit . Delivery guy will come next day and keep the items outside and will run away.
Now I have to waste my time checking with guard and then register complain to Amazon. Their solution is just wait for few days, no complaint number or acknowledgement.
Why amazon cannot use OTPs for all orders. They must be getting many complaints regarding this because it happens so frequently. For my router orders fortunately they used OTPs and this issue didn't happened.
Now I have to use COD for all amazon orders.
