Regular Luna cloud gaming works everywhere and on every device and not just via Prime Video.

Yeah, not saying otherwise but who knows, we might receive it with Prime subscription in current Luna which gives free games to collect and since Primevideo already is a video platform, adding gaming on the cloud via the platform is a possibility since they have already launched in the US and UK.
