A new excitel customer this side (starting today, with 995 plan). Even I am facing buffering/streaming issues on my Amazon Prime subscription. Although, the issue is limited to my LGSmart TV only. Trying the mobile app shows no buffering issues and streaming is smooth. Any suggestion why is this the case with my Smart TV only ?
Note: Before excitel, with the local ISP streaming was excellent on the TV
Getting speed of 2.5Mbps on fast.com, it goes to 256Kbps at night. Overall connection speed seems to take a nosedive after midnight. I'm on 20Mbps plan.
