Amazon Prime with Airtel Xstream not showing in 4K

With my 300mbps Airtel Xstream plan, Amazon Prime membership comes free. However, I see that 4K titles are not playing in 4K. Prior to such bundled membership, I used to pay for Amazon Prime separately and I could enjoy 4K titles in 4K. Now all HD and UHD titles are showing in HD only. Is anyone else facing the same issue?
