i bought their mixer. the product itself is pretty good and vfm. but i have had four service visits since i got it in feb last year. entire motor has been changed once. there is a two year warranty iirc. i am not expecting to last beyond that.

They don't sell good stuff that they do in US, their basics inventory is not even 1/10. I have been using their Rs250 mouse for over two years and even that is not available for sale anymore.
