AN 1020-21 Cannot connect to Internet (Windows 7)

I cannot connect to the Internet (Internet light is off).I am able to connect using bbtest account. I can ping some websites and domain names are resolved too. But I cannot do that using my account.Can you guys help me find if I'm missing something?

Please mention1. Modem - model and make2. Your current mode. Bridge or PPPoE ?Configure your modem in PPPoE and try.

I think the make is VMC and the model is AN 1020-21. It is currently set up in PPPoE mode. I have tried bridge mode too.
