An Airtel Customer Experience which is worse than Reliance

Update: I sent out a written notice to the Bharti Head Office through courier on Tuesday. The demands werea) restoration of the connectionb) reversal of bill from 13th of July (The appelate insisted again that it will be from 28th. I have just kept it at 13th July for preciseness sake)c) 10000 bucks of additional compensation citing mental trauma and calling charges incurred.----------------------Yesterday a battery of 4 airtel techs turned up at my residence(after screwing around with me for an hour) and fixed up the broadband. They changed their modem equipment too(even though I am using my own router-modem so it does not really matter). I even tried to ask them for a wifi modem instead on a lighter note. One of em even managed to quip ::Kyon bachche ki jaan le rahe ho sir::. Anyways as I said the conversation was on a very friendly note.But I do think that it will be highly foolish of me to assume that 33% of my demands have been met unless my bill stands reversed. I hope I dont have to bang heads for the same though I have a sinking feeling about the same.
