Here it is written that an ISP has to pay 1000 per year per CPE to the WPC. Is this true?

I think it depends on the CPE type - I've never been informed that we will have to give anything like this to the WPC. I wouldn't be surprised if yet another government department was sucking money out of everyone, but that sounds like a lot per CPE to be honest. I don't mind checking with someone though.

I've seen a couple of posts in threads which say something like "The Administrator has decided that Sach92 needs to be quiet for a while"... I noticed Admin has introduced a new anti-spam thing which appears in my moderation tools, but I'm not sure if it's a result of that or what.
