Android Phone. Budget 14k

Alright, need to buy a new phone for mom. Has to be android. Budget is 14k. Can be stretched to 15k at the outset. She doesn't want mmx/carbon/xolo, so that's out. I thought of the Xperia M/L (more so M, as L is around 17k)
Any suggestions?

GPS is too slow, basically if you root it and change the gpsconfig.xml - viva , things will improve.
I have not done it yet and would prefer to be stock for some months. also would wait if official jelly bean arrives. Also my wife uses it and has no gps craze like us !
if you have time of 5 mins in open sky with data on you get connection to gps with 8-9 sattelites
also it would be valid for 1 hour there after indoors...

Ok guys..... updated Huawei P1 to official CH Jelly Bean and gps is perfect.
I think the stable J for India or global would be the perfect rom !!!
