Android Phone under Rs 8500??

Hello Everyone,I am planning to buy a android phone with a budget of 8500.Till now i have seen Galaxy pop GSM which i am getting for Rs 8200 with 2 years warranty and screen guard.Please suggest any other phone in your knowledge.Thank You in advance

Here is an Update:Cancelled order with HomeShop18 after numerous fights over delay, fake promises. They are saying stock related problem and when i asked then why did you place my order in first place they are clueless.Placed an order with Letsbuy at 7299, does anyone know how to get the product delivered on priority basis??

Letsbuy has not shipped the phone yet Anyhow i can get the phone delivered quickly??

UPDATE: When i placed the order on 8th aug i called up their customer care and told that i am leaving india on 10th aug i.e. today.(Fake)I followed up the order from 8th 2-3 times a day. Now they have shipped the item by hand. They say that a guy has been sent from their warehouse in west delhi to my place for the delivery

android devices below 16-18K give poor experience.
is it bad idea to have Android phone below 10K?

Still which phone to prefer as first Android - Samsung Pop OR LG Optimus One OR Micromax A70 OR Other Indian brand like Spice/Olive?
