Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly ! Help Please !

Hi guys,
I am not sure if i had posted this in correct section if not please move it to correct section.
The problem is that,
whenever i am pressing contacts, it is showing android.process.acore error and only option i get is force close.
I am done with master reset, switch off and on for many times, but still i get the same error message when i select contacts.
My Phone:
Celkon A87
OS: Android 2.3 Gingerbread
Please any one help on this issue guys

Hi xerxes,Even i checked the same link before. I actually dont have Hotmail installed.

The issue is resolved. There was a messenger software installed on my phone and it corrupted my contact list and doesn't allow the contact list to open and gives the error. I uninstalled the software. It works fine now.
