My cousin needs a new phone.

Budget - 15k
Main requirements include a decent camera.

Nishant has recommended G73 5G. Any other suggestions?

The thing with lower budget phones is that their quality control goes for a toss, hardware and software.
If possible, refrain tom getting any Poco, Redmi in that price bracket. Those devices have a lot of QC issues. Lots of complaints on Twitter, online forums.

I don't know about the F series, but if I have to choose among the budget constraints, I will opt for A series over their M series.
S series is the top of the lineup, followed by A and F/M.
Plus, if you are opting for an expensive phone more than 30k from Samsung, then you get 4 years of OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. Worth the investment, if looking for a long term.
A series are global series ones but to keep the costs down they use Exynos chip which is pathetic to say the least.

Most Chinese brands provide excellent camera ignoring everything else. Motorola / Lenovo is an exception, though. Vivo is a classic example for concentrating on camera ignoring others.

I bought Samsung M14 at 15k. Now, even A14 is available for 15k. With offers, one can get A14 6GB or even 8GB at 15k. It provides decent camera. However, this is my first Samsung device. I had been away from Samsung due to the motherboard issues mentioned by @igloo and others elsewhere. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I went with M1x series because it was under my budget and I had just watched the following video...

The video is about A1x series, though.
