Android Tablet in 7-8K range

So need recommendation for someone for an Android Tablet in 7-8k range
a) Size - no restrictions
b ) USB support - Needed for data transfer
c) 3G - Dongle or SIM both options can be considered.
Purchase would be in Mid-feb or early March. Or earlier, if a good deal is found. Need help in narrowing down from the plethora of ones available in the market.

So, I have decided to go ahead with recommending iBall Slide i9018 Tablet (8 GB, 3G via Dongle, Wi-Fi) for 6400.
Will wait till evening to see if anyone has a reason to not recommend it. Also planning to suggest a 3g dongle, do 3g dongles work on old desktops?

I would suggest spending a bit more and get this.
Dell Venue 7 16GB Tablet - 2 GB RAM - Z2560 (up to 1.6GHz Dual-Core) | eBay
and get a portable 3g router thing.
3G dongles should work fine on old desktops, provided it has USB ports

The total budget was 5-6k.. Its been difficult enough to get him to 7-8k..

The specifications of iBall Slide i9018 is good except the screen resolution. And someone on FK has already commented that it has poor viewing angles. If the guy is OK with the screen, go for it.
