Android Tablet in 7-8K range

So need recommendation for someone for an Android Tablet in 7-8k range
a) Size - no restrictions
b ) USB support - Needed for data transfer
c) 3G - Dongle or SIM both options can be considered.
Purchase would be in Mid-feb or early March. Or earlier, if a good deal is found. Need help in narrowing down from the plethora of ones available in the market.

Has zte warranty. Should come to around 1000 with a 7% coupon. Also, you'd need an otg cable.

Have read that the display is below average. Not sure if I can really find anything better at that price point that doesnt compromise on other aspects. Also use is going to be basic internet, plus games for 10-12 year old...

Hoping it works with the Big 3 networks here - Aircel, Airtel & Vodafone..

Have used dongles from both. Worked equally well. I'd suggested the zte one coz it has manufacturer warranty. The E1732 and MF190 both are 7.2mbps dongles. They should give around 5-6mbps when used on an equally capable network. Higher speeds won't be possible.

I dont think speed is even a concern. That reminds me will they work with 2g networks. Because he might want to use only 2g data at times.
Basically here is the thing, I will be downloading apps/games from my home, he might bring it every few months or something to get a new bunch of them installed. Tablet will be used to play offline games or use internet to just help with his kid's homework or maybe check the odd email.
If required he will recharge 2g/3g whatever.
