Android Tablet in 7-8K range

So need recommendation for someone for an Android Tablet in 7-8k range
a) Size - no restrictions
b ) USB support - Needed for data transfer
c) 3G - Dongle or SIM both options can be considered.
Purchase would be in Mid-feb or early March. Or earlier, if a good deal is found. Need help in narrowing down from the plethora of ones available in the market.

Not really a review. Just quickly opened the box to check things. Charge was 0%. Charged for an hour or so. Put my Vodafone Sim in the data card and plugged in the tablet via connector and it was able to recognise the network and I was able to browse a couple of pages. Touch seems not so smooth, but ok-ish. An online video showed sound is ok. Will try & give a detail review when I set it up over the weekend before handing it over...
