considering the courts does not accepted the signing of terms and conditions in the Baazee case, this won't hold for much. courts simply blasted the lack of actual signatures to the terms and conditions.
So that means, they even sort of hide the ToS from the customer. They haven't stated the 75 mb limit on here, so I guess on this cause they can be sued on.
Their ToS has no relation with the reality.As another example check out the last paragraph that talks about the 6 hour usage limit. It used to be there once for only the 64 kbps packages and now it's been totally removed as per a couple of Sify Cust Care replies quoted on this forum.It's about time that they updated their ToS.Or maybe it suits their unscrupulousness to keep the customer confused and bewildered.
