On which channel it was telecasted ? I think it is a comedy show series on current affairs.

Especially against Annaji. These are dedicated attempts to defame him.
Heh no, the bigger implication is this was just a congress charade.
AH has made govt in general look bad. Congress because they are the ruling party.
But AH has completely replaced the opposition here, he has leapfrogged them and come face to face with the ruling party.
I'd imagine opposition isn't looking very good right now. They never took up this lokpal issue at all. What use were they ?

Anna may not be a rich man, but Team Anna certainly has the wherewithal

Anna Hazare’s agitation has added a new chapter to the annals of philanthropy in India. Its main benefactor is Sitaram Jindal, chairman and managing director of Jindal Aluminium Ltd, who, ironically, is the paternal uncle of Congress MP Naveen Jindal.
For the past few months, the aluminium magnate has been looking for “noble Indians” to share his wealth. Said a source: “When Anna sat for dharna at Jantar Mantar [Delhi] in April, Jindal offered to help the movement financially.” His company initially donated Rs:25 lakh to the campaign and provided medical services for Anna when he was in Tihar Jail. Jindal also supplied water and food for thousands of people who were detained in Delhi's Chhattrasal Stadium. When Anna was released from Tihar and his agitation shifted to Ramlila grounds, Jindal sent waterproof tents and scores of volunteers.
His company does not see anything strange about it supporting the India Against Corruption (IAC) campaign. “Mahatma Gandhi was supported by G.D. Birla, among others,” said a source in Jindal's office. “So what is wrong in Jindal supporting Anna Hazare, who is a follower of the Mahatma?”
The company is happy to be active in the back room rather than in the forefront. Its name does not appear on any of the material it supplies to the Ramlila grounds. According to the source, there is no political common ground between Sitaram Jindal and Naveen Jindal, except the enthusiasm for the tricolour. Naveen, who runs the Flag Foundation of India, had gone to court for the right to carry the national flag every day.
The IAC web site names corporates and individuals who have donated to the campaign—from HDFC Bank Ltd, which donated Rs:50,000 in 2010-11, to JK Industries, which donated Rs:100. Many NGOs and pro-transparency organisations like Common Cause, founded by the late consumer activist H.D. Shourie, have extended support. Donations are accepted only from Indian citizens or those holding Indian passports abroad.
While funding of Anna’s campaign seems transparent, funds received by his associates have come under scrutiny, especially after author Arundhati Roy alleged that Arvind Kejriwal, a key member of Team Anna, had received $400,000 from Ford Foundation in the recent past.
At the heart of this allegation is Kabir, a Delhi-based NGO run by Kejriwal and fellow IAC activist Manish Sisodia, which is listed with the home ministry's foreigners division under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act. THE WEEK found out that Kabir's application for FCRA clearance in 2006 was granted in November 2007. Its last return was filed on March 31, 2008. Documents with FCRA do not substantiate the figure Roy quoted in her newspaper article, but Sisodia did inform FCRA on October 17, 2007, that Kabir had received Rs:32,Rs:5,970 from Ford Foundation for its project on 'legal rights/awareness'. Highly placed sources said the letter did not reveal the nature of this project.
Sisodia said he was “surprised” at Roy's allegations. “As far as research funds are concerned, we have always been transparent. The FCRA is understaffed. Once they finish their pending paperwork, they will see that we have informed them of all our projects right on time. Those who find fault with Ford Foundation's funding should know that it has a big office in Delhi. If it is a bad organisation, then why is the government allowing them to have an office here? This talk of foreign hand and foreign funding smacks of a failing elite attitude.”
Anna’s Hind Swaraj Trust does not appear on the FCRA list of NGOs registered for receiving donations from abroad. But Baba Ramdev’s Divya Yog Mandir does. It has received crores of rupees from abroad over the past few years. Kiran Bedi’s two NGOs, Navjyoti India Foundation and India Vision Foundation, are also listed with the FCRA. Navjyoti, a women's rights group started in 1987, is allowed to receive more than Rs:1 crore from foreign donors in a financial year. In 2010-11, Navjyoti received more than Rs:1.2 crore from abroad.
