Annoying " limited connectivity "

you have to provide IP address (192.168.1.10) , Gateway (192.168.1.1) ,
subnet mask (255.255.255.0) & DNS entries (61.1.96.69 and 61.1.96.71) .

should i increase or decrease the mtu value to speed up the net :confused:
 


This message comes when XP is set to take ip from dhcp server and no dhcp server is running . Most probably ur modem is switched off so XP is not able to take ip Try assigning it a permanent ip address urself . Btw is it a pppoe connection ?
