Paid at Mother Dairy. The guy had his phone off so he did not get the message. He switches on the phone. The SMS does not come. Paytm has a phone the seller option for confirmation option. But I had also clicked on that option while his phone was down. So that option was not available again. No more option to resend confirmation through sms or phone. The guy would not trust the screen on my phone that the payment has been made. We both wait for a few minutes. No SMS. He calls the Paytm support center. Obviously, it was busy. Waited for around 10 minutes before someone picks up the phone. As soon as the phone was picked, the SMS arrived. So basically, was stuck at Mother Dairy outlet for more than 10 minutes even after paying.
