Any problem, about billing send email to cc and copy to airtelephone
.( they will auto ack your email. Most of the time , they are reasonable. In my opinion best CC and most helpful !))
I am having both Airtel ( almost three years with a break )and Dataone.BB connections.
Not an employee of Airtel !!!
Have you registered for Airtel SelfCare ?

I used to pay my Airtel mobile with Net Banking ....... the best option!

The biggest irony is, I can pay ALL my bills through the internet: mobile, electricity, life insurance, property tax, rent (to my owner) etc. EXCEPT for my airtel broadband, because only airtel mobile is a registered biller in icici netbanking :( How dumb can that get?

umm i think u can sign for ecs service. something like that. u authorize them to take out the bill money from ur bank account.

yeah, but the problem is can you say *when* they take the money out ;)..most of these services allow them to take it out at the beginning or end of the month, depriving you of what little interest you can make until the bill's really due.

^^THat's just one reason why ECS is a bad idea. The bigger reason is, you can only authorize them to take money out of your account, you cannot "de-authorize" them when you want to. So imagine when you have incorrect billing and you want to settle it before paying or worse still, imagine surrendering the connection but they still keep generating the bills(happened to a friend once) and continue charging you against your will.

i think there are services like billjunction or billdesk which allow u to specify even date when to pay.(i pay MTNL bill)

billdesk isnt charging me anything. but then sometimes in last 13-14 bills i noticed atleast two times payment was made after due date and i was charged extra in next bill

the same thing happened with me once in my Reliance bill (through ICICI)...i was charged late fees and they're not ready to revert it back :(
