I'm looking for alternative to Bookmyshow.com website.Problem is Bookmyshow features only multiplexes and I'm looking for website which can book tickets in Single screen (specially from Pune). Or at least website should show Movie Schedule forother theaters.Pls. suggest any alternative

well the problem is that theaters sign exclusive deals with specific websites. it's not like i can set up a ticket buying service that offer connectivity with all the theaters in the country. so there is not going to be any hidden service that offers what BMS and KyaZoonga does already. These services are known because they are the official ticket partners for most of the theaters in the country. and if you cannot find a theater listed on these services, that is probably because the theater does not support online shopping of tickets. find the official website for the theater you want to check and see what ticket booking options they offer. DT Cinemas for example sends you to BMS for ticket booking.

Single screen theaters are loosing competition to multiplexes so it would be great on their side if they do upgrade of booking system. I know they have association who can take decision if they want to survive and grow.
