Any Experience of cfosSpeed?

I have recently heard about cfosSpeed as per website it claims that it accelerates speed using Traffic shaping and some other techniques.Does anyone here using/used this software and does it works as per it claims?I have seen somewhere that its spy ware. So any experience?

I have used it. It does give noticeable improvement. The current version is 4.52. It has quite a good features. (such as priority to programs, to protocols etc.)
