Any luck using IPv6 in Hyderabad?

I have a TP-Link Archer C1200 router and an ACT connection.

I've been trying to setup a server on an old laptop as a small side project.
But now, I learn about CGNAT and have been trying to get IPv6 as it's apparently a workaround but haven't got it working till now.

The router settings page shows some IPv6 address but all tests fail. I'm using a PPPoE connection and am in Hyderabad if that's of any use.

How do I proceed?

As far as I know, ACT Fibernet does not support IPv6 (at least here in Delhi). Also I don't think people without an IPv6 connection will be able to access your server if you don't also have a public IPv4 address, you're better off paying 300 per month (including GST) for a public static IPv4 address.

@sujaldev ACT does support IPv6 in bangalore and hyderabad. But yeah, can't host a server without static IPv4 address.
