Any one tried 3G Rs.197/- data topup?

I tried to recharge my 3G BSNL number with Rs.197/- 3G data top using BSNL portal's online recharge.

portal said recharge was successful and later I got an SMS saying that this recharge can't be processed and suggested me to call customer care.

I raised a complaint for this in BSNL's customer care portal. they sent me an SMS saying that a refund is initiated.

as usual, customer care doesn't have any details on why this recharge was not successful.

BSNL's 3G portal lists Rs.197/- as a data top up recharge which will give 500 MB data top-up.

did any one tried this recharge either using portal or using recharge card or using e-recharge successfully?

Same thing happened to me when tried to do top-up of 197 online. Anyways got the credit back to my A/C.Tried from Whitefield exchange, again it was not successful.Later CC representative told me 197 top-up is not there, you can do for 325 for which you'll get 1GB of data. Still haven't tried this yet, don't know again if this works or not.

not in recent times but i've been able to use it in past though - 2 months ago. last month i also recharged for 1gb plan
