Are there any phones having temperature sensors available in Indian market, Preferably middle of the road prcing-wise. Thank you.

What do you want to monitor?
all phones have literally dozens of temperature sensors.

Local ambient temperature, which probably could be uploaded to a cloud service. Currently, I do -

curl wttr.in/Pune?format=4

And that is ok on desktop but having something more local would be far better.

If you know of any specific models, preferably in Samsung stable which has the above quality, please share.

Probably use a Zero Pi or Pi one with a temp sensor. Loads of customization possible. Has wifi also

U can make a small portable one at your home if you intend to carry it. Will cost not more than 3-5K depending on the model

3-5k woah. Pi Zero W costs a thousand, DHT11 costs maybe 150 retail and you'll need cables for 50. 1200 + GST.

The Raspberry PI solution is not feasible as you have to take a lot of care, so something like a mobile phone that already has a sensor makes a lot more sense. If there is a hardware sensor, then it would not take much work to use something like f-droid on the new phone
