Anyone from SUN DIRECT,Please note the customer care for the SUN DTH needs to improve a lot and SUN DTH should provide an option to take/place a complaints directly instead of making customers like a ball and throwing them to opposite court.As of now CC is directing to Dirtributor and Distributor is directing to Dealer and Dealer again back to CC. No one is taking responisibility even for their own mistakes.They will change the basic packages and they are not providing option to change once it got activated and the customer has to suffer for all this stupid dealer and distributor idiot work.
