Anybody here from Delhi using Reliance's broadband?

Anybody here from Delhi using Reliance's broadband? I have been using MTNL for many years, but they have been ridiculously bad for last few months. Plus, Reliance's plans seem decent.

How's their support service?

They pick up the phone when they know that the problem would be resolved in a few minutes. They don't when they probably have no idea like what happened earlier today.

And speeds hold well as per your plan?

3.5mbps on 4mbps.

i do not think there are trials for adsl connections. it's not wireless that they can just give you a demo stick

Not even for a day? I remember MTNL allowed it...

you had a mtnl landline before you applied for broadband?

coz reliance would have to lay down a phone line to your place from their nearest box. activate the number and connection from their backend. and then provide you with a modem to connect or something like that.
